Supporting young people as they enter the film and TV industry is a core part of our mission.
It was a pleasure taking part in the inspiring and exciting Pinewood Futures Festival earlier this year, where we connected with many talented young people. We spoke about the importance of health and safety and offered guidance on education and career paths in the industry.

Helping young people start their careers in film and TV is at the heart of what we do.
We’re proud to support our trainees as they take their first steps into the industry - like our current trainee, Henry Piekarczyk, who recently gained valuable work experience with Sunbelt Rentals.
Hands-on experience is essential to learning the craft and getting that all-important foot on the ladder.

On the 28th of April, World Day for Safety and Health at Work reminded us of the importance of protecting those who work in high-risk industries.
At the Mark Milsome Foundation, we’re driven by the belief that no one should risk their life for their job.
Mark should have come home. So should others.
